The idea for The Six-pack Ab Strategy came from a combination of me wanting to lose my belly fat and hearing the people I love talk about losing weight, or losing belly fat, or getting sexy again, or getting a sexy six-pack. One Day I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror, and I noticed my belly bilge. I didn’t like it to say the least. So I raised my T-shirt up over my belly fat and snapped a picture of it with my cellphone camera. I namd the image “before”. At that moment  I had no idea I would end up writing a book to help other people like me, so the image was horrible. But  it set me on the path that I traveled to lose my belly fat, and unover the sexy body I hadn’t seen in years.

My main problem with losing my belly fat was that I loved eating the most delicious foods I could find, without any concern for what it was doing to my body. I also really don’t like working out. These two factors are what caused my belly fat in the first place. SO I decided to figure out how to still eat the most delicious foods I can find, but now I make sure that it is working with me and not against me. I also decided to figure out how to have fun when I work out, and which exercises would target my belly fat the most.

After a lot of research, and about 6 months of my life, I finally figured out the best way for me to lose my belly fat. And because I’m the kind of person who needs a structured plan for everything, I spent the next month creating  a plan that I knew I would follow consistently to make sure that once I lost weight I could keep it off. From that plan, The Six-Pack Ab Strategy was born.

One year from the date of my “before image, I put on a shirt I recently purchased, and when I put it on, I realized that it showed my my belly. I knew I had lost weight, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much belly fat I had lost. I realized it was time to take the “after” picture. After roughly 4 months of following The Six-Pack Ab Strategy I could finally see my abs again. See for yourself.
