My main problem with losing my belly fat was that I loved eating the most delicious foods I could find, without any concern for what it was doing to my body. I also really don’t like working out. These two factors are what caused my belly fat in the first place. So I decided to figure out how to still eat the most delicious foods I could find but also make sure that what I ate was working with me and not against me. I also decided to figure out how to have fun when I work out, and which exercises would target my belly fat the most.
After a lot of research, and about 6 months of my life, I finally figured out the best way for me to lose my belly fat. And because I’m the kind of person who needs a structured plan for everything, I spent the next month creating a plan that I knew I would follow consistently to make sure that once I lost weight I could keep it off.
One year from the date of my “before image, I put on a shirt I recently purchased, and when I did, I realized that it showed my belly. I knew I had lost weight, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much belly fat I had lost. I realized it was time to take the “after” picture. After roughly 4 months of following The Six-Pack Ab Strategy, I could finally see my abs again. That’s when it hit me, my simple plan really worked! From that plan, The Six-Pack Ab Strategy was born.
