How to perform the exercise

1. Start by standing with your feet together and your hands at your sides. Simultaneously raise your arms above your head and jump up to spread your feet apart.

 

2. Quickly lower your arms back down to your sides and jump your feet back together simultaneously.

 

3. Repeat both movements quickly without pausing for the required number of reps..

 

Remember:
  • Don’t overexert your Muscles
  • Form is important

Jumping jacks are a cardio exercise, have been proven to be one of the most effective exercises to help shed overall body fat. Jumping jacks help get your heart rate up, which forces your body to burn fat and calories.
